This Friday, July 10th 2009, TUB RING will be ending their silence and taking a break from mixing to share an early 'prototype' from their new album. "Bird of a Different Color" will be premiering during the band's live webcast of Tub Ring Television. The band comments: TRTV starts at 11:30PM (CST) and during that time, we'll be answering questions and chatting with everyone that's tuned in.  Along with that, our own Adam Sward will be painting this week's piece, for the ongoing 'Gestures in Sound Synesthesia' project. With everyone tuning in from their different parts of the world, we're seeing this as a good excuse to have a good time and hang out, since we haven't been on the road since March.  It's also a chance for us to show everyone that we haven't been just dicking around, we're actually still hard at work on this and currently planning the logistics of another recording session. This will be everyone's first and only chance to hear some of the new album before we retreat into the studios once again, and put our noses back to the grindstone. Yeah, that's right, we're not putting this song up for download.  You tune in and you get to hear it and hang out with us.  You miss it, and that's it.
